I offer both 1-2-1 and small group personal training sessions designed to help you to live the life you want.

Whether that means building strength, stamina, and mobility to make daily tasks easier or developing skills to prepare for your dream adventure holiday.

With my evidence based approach, I’ll design a movement programme specifically for you and your individual needs. This ensures you’re not just exercising but moving with purpose, so you can continue to live the life you want.

Sessions can take place at your home, in a local park, or at Gym135 in South Ealing, all tailored to your unique needs and goals in a supportive and fun environment.

Types of personal training

My approach is extremely personalised and evidence based. I encourage you to see movement as an investment in your future self in order to live the life you want. This might be continuing your annual skiing holiday with friends, having the ability to run for the bus if you ever need to, staying independent as you age and doing the things which bring you joy.

1-2-1 Personal Training​

For my fellow Londoners, I have limited 1-2-1 in person sessions available in Ealing. We can meet at your home, in a park or at GYM135 in South Ealing. Having your own equipment (like dumbbells) is not essential, but sometimes useful depending on your movement goals. I’m able to bring some of my own equipment too.

Small Group PT

If you prefer to exercise with other people and know of others who would like to join you, then this is the perfect option for you. Up to 4 people per session so there is enough 1-1 attention and everyone has similar movement goals to fully benefit.

  • Gym135 in South Ealing is available for us to use (£12.50 gym hire fee per 60 minute session)

Pricing

Monthly rate for 2 PT sessions: £220 (£110 each)

Monthly rate for 4 PT sessions: £400 (£100 each)

Monthly rate for 8 PT sessions: £720 (£90 each)

Monthly rate for 12 PT sessions: £960 (£80 each)

Monthly rate for 2 sessions: £320 (£40 per person, per session)
Monthly rate for 4 sessions: £560 (£35 per person, per session)
Monthly rate for 8 sessions: £960 (£30 per person, per session)

Price per person, per session is based on 4 people in the group. Monthly rate can also be divided between 2 or 3 people.

What to expect from personal training

Well, there is no rigid structure when it comes to personal training because you are unique! It all depends on you as an individual, what your goals are and what you enjoy doing. However, here is a sample 60 minute session structure:

Check-in

I will always check in with you before we start our sessions to see what headspace you’re in, to meet you where you’re at and know how you’d like to feel by the end. This way, you get exactly what you need from each session.

Grounding Breath Work

I offer some gentle breathing guidance to allow you to escape from your daily tasks and the outside world. This allows you to focus on yourself, de-stress and be totally present.

Skill Development

Your movement goals are unique, and so is your path to achieving them. In this phase, we focus on developing the specific skills required to perform the tasks you want to accomplish. This could be anything from hiking a big hill to being able to run for a bus.

Performance Training

Performance training takes your skill development to the next level. Using the movement skills we’ve refined, I create a targeted plan to improve your efficiency and mastery in a specific task. By focusing on fine-tuning your technique and building consistency, you’ll be confidently hiking up that hill, gliding effortlessly down the ski slopes, or running for the bus in no time!

Grounding Meditation

Once all your movement is done, I invite you to find a comfy position, close your eyes and take in everything that you have just achieved. Before continuing with your day, it’s important to recognise your hard work and full capabilities.

Check-in

Just like at the beginning, I will ask how you’re feeling now compared to how you felt at the start. We briefly reflect over the session and I give you a sneak preview of our next session to look forward to.

Where do the personal training sessions take place?

Sessions can take place in your home, a local park or Gym135 in South Ealing. 

I offer a range of packages to suit different budgets and lifestyles. It depends on how many sessions per month you would like and whether you would like 1-2-1 personal training or small group PT. All my packages renew monthly, with a minimum investment of £200 for 2x 60 minute 1-2-1 sessions per month for in-person PT. I also offer 30 minute sessions for virtual personal training.

No. I will never ask for you to weigh yourself. We will focus on progress through movement and how it makes you feel, not a number on a scale.

I track progress in many different ways, depending on what is valuable to you. This could be how you feel in yourself, your consistency, turning up to each session, your ability to adapt your movement routine depending on how you feel or time available, your progression in a movement, the weights you are lifting, the number of repetitions you are doing.

It really depends. By booking in a consultation, we can chat through the best package for you, taking into consideration your movement goals, experience with movement, availability and budget.

I have a cancellation policy of 24 hours. Therefore sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged. If you’d like to stop sessions completely, 30 days notice is required.

Yes, absolutely. You can reach me over WhatsApp or email and I aim to respond as quickly as I can during my working hours.

Sessions must be used within the month and do not carry over to the next. The only exception to this is if I am unable to accommodate sessions at our chosen time slot for any reason (and no other time slot is suitable) then sessions will be allowed to carry over to the next month. If you will be away for an extended period then you can freeze your package for up to one month. 30 days notice will be required to do this.
